I said RANGER not person at the office. I've called the RANGER a few times and he/she always knew what fit where. Never had a problem with the RANGER's advice.

Glad you confirmed this. I was always under the impression those were suggestions not rules. I would like to reiterate that I've seen plenty of 40 ft MH's at the CG's we go to. I don't see an issue with the OP's desire of a 40er.
