Yeah...you are right. If you had a newer..something that was going to give years of service? Then I would say take another look. So much depends on what you are going to do with it. Huntin n fishin? Now..mine is a true 3 season rig, too. Thermo windows, oodles of insulation underneath. If you can find a Regal or Bigfoot? That'd be a good direction to go.
