How difficult is 27' motorhome to drive in city traffic?

Currently we have a 33' TT towed by a Ford Excursion. We are looking for something that is easier to get ready to go without all the hitching. Further, I would like a motorhome that I could operate ...

They offered me a good trade over the phone. I asked the salesperson to test drive it and let me know about the handling. He suggested a SAF-T-Steer, but I saw a post from someone with an identical coach and front sway bars were enough. There is also some sort of straight tracker that goes on the rear that helps with directional stability.

Does anyone recommend a specific combo?
