How difficult is 27' motorhome to drive in city traffic?

Currently we have a 33' TT towed by a Ford Excursion. We are looking for something that is easier to get ready to go without all the hitching. Further, I would like a motorhome that I could operate ...

After poking around on this site, it looks like 3 things would really help.

Roadmaster front anti sway bar with bushings;
Roadmaster Steering stabilizer;
Blue Ox Tiger Trac rear axle stabilizer.

He didn't get a chance to drive it today. Hope to hear from him tomorrow. I'll probably forego the safety steer thing for this combo. Does this sound reasonable?
