How difficult is 27' motorhome to drive in city traffic?

Currently we have a 33' TT towed by a Ford Excursion. We are looking for something that is easier to get ready to go without all the hitching. Further, I would like a motorhome that I could operate ...

Not anymore difficult than the average TOAD!

I mean come on I've take My Coach into Harvard Square in Cambridge - NO PROBLEM.

After a game I followed the GPS - took me right through Harvard Square --- NO PROBLEM.
