I'd like to add: If you have an exhaust or engine brake, turn it off in rain or snow.
We drove our 37' Tradewinds from Maine to home in Upstate NY in a blizzard... went slow, kept a lot of extra distance, tried not to totally stop on the road.. biggest issue was windshield icing/ slush removal.......
