Asking questions as to which plans are the most popular may result in a better chance at resale later on. Look at the plans, and they figure out why they are more popular, and do they fit your needs too?
We definitely don't want two couches, but I was thinking that buying a coach with two couches, then replacing one couch with an entertainment center and recliner might be the way to go.
