How do you flush out the fresh water tank?

There should be a tank drain valve somewhere. On my Winnebago View, they put it in a place where you have to remove the adjacent bottom drawer of the galley to get to it........ Stupid I know.... and someone destroyed the ball bearing drawer glides getting the drawer out. I intend to add a easily removable deck plate to allow hand access to the valve.
