No guarantees on the 2015 since it will have a CVT transmission. Buy a 2013 or younger now will the automatic version can still be towed.
The Fit is an excellent toad. We've got about 16,000 miles on ours with another 14,000 being towed. We average about 37 mpg driving it (with an auto trans). Follow the recreational towing instructions in the manual and you will have no problems.
We have ours equipped with a Blue Ox baseplate (although in retrospect I would use a Demco), a Tow Daddy wiring harness (Demco makes a similar system), and a Toad Charge. We use an RVi2 braking system and, before you even ask, you should have auxiliary braking. RVi also makes a pretty slick toad charging system as well as tire monitoring system.
