Sorry, but if the so called tech was complaining about that, I suspect he does not know his job that well. ALL the terms you listed make sense to anybody that has been in the RV or Automotive business. RS and LS are ALWAYS stated when SITTING in the drivers seat. That said, a lot of RV owners have no clue when they bring them in for service and it is up to the Service advisor to clarify which side the customer is indicating. Doug
MY pet peeve and is on this forum a lot. " I try RAISING the Jacks and the RV will not level". Raising the jacks means retracting them. Extending or LOWERING the jacks will get your RV level.
Simple, DRIVERS side. NOBODY ever uses DS as Door Side IN the Service business. This type complaint would be up to the Service writer to get straight. Granted, for parts, OEM's will use DS(door side) and ODS(off door side). Doug
