The MAIN point is---The SERVICE WRITER is the one that has to type up the repair order and HE is the one that talks to the customer and goes over the complaints and "Hopefully" actually goes out to the RV and goes over it with the customer. Regardless of what the customer says, that Service Writer is the one that is responsible for relaying the correct info to the Technician. Also, another pet peeve, I wish the customer would REALLY read the RO he is signing. That way, IF there is a mistake, the customer can catch and state that the RO does not state what and where his complaint is. It seems a lot of older RVers are dead or gone. I can remember years ago, it did not matter what brand Motorhome you had, a LOT of people said you had a Winnebago. That was the layman's term for any motorhome they saw. I rarely hear that term anymore when people are talking about motorhomes. Doug
