I can assure you, I have seen 80+ in my Fleetwood.
For me, it is MPG. If I can get 7 doing 70, that is where I want to be. If the wind is too much, I drop to 65-67 range. I really don't see much in way of MPG jumping up slower than 65. But it drives me crazy to go too slow, so I am usually around the 70-72 range.
