NO!!! I've seen these (18's) hitting 85 and sometimes 90 at times here in Texas. And they (truckers) are really pushing it. Once others have faster cars and pass them, over the cb you will hear, "Ok, we have someone out of the box, let's hit it". Some truckers talk back and forth and DPS is in another area due to wrecks and such, etc. It's just not safe. Four to five miles over the limit if you can control your vehicle, etc., and no tickets. Hit that six mile limit and you're hit with same fine of "old plus" (15 mph over) and automatic impound and jail time. Vehicles seized are sold by the county or city for their own profits.
