We generally roll at about 60 mph. In Texas, I'll take it up to 65 mph as the speed limit is 80. Obviously, we get passed a lot.
I did drive 70 mph in Texas for about 700 miles last year when we picked up the coach in Florida. I just wanted to see how the new coach would handle at that speed as it is a 'bus'. It certainly did quite well but I just like going slower.
After seeing that blowout video in Louisiana, slowing down just makes sense.
