After the first day you should be comfortable with your placement in the driving lane. You already know from pulling the trailer that you need to swing turns a little wide. You're sitting on top of the front wheels and the nose is a little shorter so you can swing the front end out a little further than you're used to doing. Probably the most difficult issue is dealing with fueling - lining up the fill point with the pump and having more space to pull away from the pumps before turning. Don't back with a toad! If you drop your toad and back into a campsite, throw out a cone or something to set where you want the back corner of the MH to be. All in all, not that big of a deal if you have trailer experience!
