Nothing beats practice. A large parking lot is the best. Set up some cones, or other guides, and practice going between them or steering around them.
The most important thing when driving an RV is that you have practiced enough so that you KNOW your coach will fit between immoveable objects, like trees, construction barricades, electrical pedestals, etc BEFORE you try.
This will help you on narrow roads, narrow bridges, and while navigating many RV Parks. Hitting another coach can really disturb the owner and hitting a tree will ruin your day.
