A few things I have learned is try to look at the center of your lane WAY up ahead of you. This helps in two ways.
1.You will find it easier to remain centered in your lane without a lot of steering corrections.
2. You will need to allow a lot of room behind vehicles ahead of you for emergency stopping. Also here, if someone passes you and takes up your safety space back off and create some more.
You will also find a DP s are WAY more mileage friendly around 55-65 MPH. If you can deal with somewhat lower travel speeds you will find a DP a lot easier to drive. Cruise control is your friend.
