Our has done a lot of sitting past 2 years, parked plugged in in a seasonal site, plus of course sitting thru Chicago winters for 5 month each past 4 years.
I put stabilizer in the fuel.
slides in, jacks down.
Pay careful attention to the batteries. Prior gasser I'd pull the batteries out, it only had 3...lol. This one they stay in as long as I have shore power.
Our Monaco is very well sealed, we never get any critters. I use bounce sheets and sticky traps in the basement.
I do not run the genny, other than in the fall long enough to get the stabilizer thru it.
And an house is not long enough to dry the genny out, nor is it long enough for a full battery charge.
In the spring, I wipe the jack pistons before raising them, check the tire pressures, crank her up and go.
