Am I the only one who always dumps air pressure when setting up?
I stroke the brakes and hit the dump valve down to 40 psi before leveling always.
That way a dog or kid can't accidentally release the parking brake.
Also you don't need air to hold the E/parking brake, it is actually the removal of air that actuates the brakes, so if you were to loose air pressure running down the road you wouldn't loose braking, you would lock the brakes.
