On the drivetrain? No, not if it's been properly maintained. Three times that and I would be somewhat concerned. Many commercial vehicles such as shuttle busses and cargo vans are built on the exact same basic chassis and go for at least a few hundred thousand miles regularly. Of course, there are some maintenance related things that do start to become due, like spark plug replacement etc.
I would check to see how worn the house part is; depending on how it was used, that many miles could mean many feet trodding on the carpet and many back ends sitting on the cushions and so forth. Nothing that can't be fixed or improved, probably, but it can add up in time and cost and inconvenience if things are just generally worn out.
