Just added up and divided, So far in 6 years we average about 6,100 miles a year. We are not full timers or even part timers. We take a few trips each year. NJ to WV, NJ to GA, NJ to KY, NJ to PA, NJ to NC. Lots of long weekends a couple week long trips and generally a month or so parked at a local CG where DW and DD get a vacation whilst I toil away.
I was amazed when I heard the low average mile that most people put on a Motorhome. I only somewhat understand the snowbird, move from north to south in the fall and return in the spring. same place every year. I would probably just get a house. If on the other hand I were to have several places and spend a month or so at each, but I digress.
If I could I'd have 12k or more a year on the rig plus the additional 10-15 on the toad traveling around the areas I would be staying at.
