Weighed ours and as I suspect for many, we were shocked. The Escapade series is a non-slide coach with few extras and no basement storage. Front Axle came up 95+% of rating and 33% of total weight. Rear was also 95+%. From that, I find it hard to believe that any 29-30-31-32-foot Class C's with even one slide are NOT overloaded.
The front axle loading also confirmed why I believe our long wheelbase (218-inches) contributes to decent handling on the road. It shifts "house" weight to the front axle instead of balancing it on the rear axle.
