Well, you're doing wide field night sky photography which is something I've never really played around with. It's a growing field with some relatively inexpensive mounts that will allow your camera to track for longer exposures.
This is the kind of stuff I do.
NGC 6960, the Witch's Broom - the Western end of the Veil Nebula, a supernova remnant in Cygnus and part of the Cygnus Loop. StellarVue SV-105 105 mm Triplet APO Refractor Telescope, SBIG ST10-XME (CCD camera) and Sumatra blend coffee at Mt. Pinos, CA. On edit, forget to add, Losmandy G-11 mount with Gemini 2 controller.
