Predictable annual maintenance is something around $350 for oil/filters change, $750 for tires ($5,000 every 7 years), $150 for batteries ($600-ish every 5 years). A few other things factor in like an air filter ($150-ish) and water filters ($50). You aren't driving it a lot but occasionally the air dryer and brakes need service too.
