Tough question since we don't know where you're starting. Here's what I've spent on my coach that needs to be done yearly
Oil filter is $35
Oil $150
Hydraulic oil filters $50
Hydraulic oil $80
Fuel filters about $80 for both
Oil and filter for generator $40
Fuel filter for generator $25
Air filter for generator $28
Chassis lube $30
Engine coolant filter $30 yearly
total $548
These are things that will come up that I haven't done yet and aren't done yearly.
Air dryer filter $135
Air Filter $135 (3 years)
Transmission filter $100 (3 years)
Differential fluid $30 (3 years
coolant change for generator $35
total $435
Things that come up less often
Engine coolant $100 (5 years)
Transmission synthetic fluid $450 (one more time)

And finally the biggie
Tires $3600 (8 years)
