How much to offer a CW or other big seller on a used unit?

what ever you offer ,and they turn down don,t raise your offer ,leave a ph# where you can reached, lay back and wait, they,ll call and counter offer,most times ,then You can re counter there offer. . remember and this is most important any figure you agree to IS OUT THE DOOR ,tax title etc all in one figure.
