If I were doing that work, Murphy's law would apply. Every bolt would probably break or not come off, I would drop the turbo charger, the gasket would get mangled up, I would scrap every last bit of skin off my knuckles and they would have sent me the wrong parts.
I would gladly pay a mechanic $1,600 to do that work.
