Here are my thoughts:
We had Bs for 13 years (just acquired a C a few months ago and sold our 2007 RT 210 P)
1. The purpose of a B is to go to "Anywhere". Thats where we went. Anywhere often has no hookups, but it still gets hot, cold (our RT AC was a heat pump). We needed the Onan.
2. We loved our microconvection oven in our Bs. Genset required.
3. Pull over to rest stop in the summer, fire up the AC and have lunch.
4. Charge batteries when dry camped (often for a week at a time).
5. We kept our Bs at home and found the Onan pretty doggone nice when we had an ice storm that took out the power on a couple of occassions.
Five days one time.
My advice based on our experiences: Don't leave home without it.
