We've been camping in a 'B' since the '70's. We have never had a generator. Never found that we really needed one. Whenever it was too hot out, we tried to find shady spots to camp & hung out IN the lake. :)
There have been a few times when i've really resented generators. Like when someone camps right next to us, sets his genny up on the other side of his rig (so he doesn't have to hear it!), but it happens that side is right next to ours! Then we get to listen to this genny & smell the exhaust! Not cool! All i can say is, if you use yours, please consider your neighbours! Thanks
