Like others in "hot" states, we primarily use ours to run house a/c while traveling and stopping along the way. Except for tailgating, I've not used it while camping setup.
Since gennie needs running each month, we'll often take MH shopping (and bring along dog) and run a/c. We did that just yesterday :)
