Camco sells an adapter kit with a BBQ valve and 10 ft of hose. It includes the quick disconnect connector. There should he a valve on that quick disconnect connector on your MH. Normally it can't be connected unless the valve is off. There are many variations in connectors. I recently had a hose made up at a propane dealer for my portable firepit but had to furnish him a camco male connector. Camco quick disconnect connectors are pretty much the standard for RVs.
