As pointed out in that article, propane boils at -42 degrees centigrade. Since boiling it cools it too, you might start having issues a little warmer, depending on the tank size and usage rate. I doubt that a 100 lb tank will get into trouble above -30 centigrade feeding an RV heater. But as others have mentioned, you are going to use a lot of propane unless your RV is one of the minority that are insulated well enough to be called all-season rigs.
