The pressure doesn't vary, it is created by the propane boiling off into vapour, if the propane is still boiling it will still generate the same pressure.
What DOES change, not just by temperature but more so by VOLUME of propane in the tank, is quantity of vapour being produced. 50 gallons of boiling propane will generate a lot more vapour than 5 gallons will. To a certain extent surface area will affect the amount of vapour also. A 100 pound cylinder leaned over to the side some will produce more vapour, especially as it approaches empty, will perform better than one standing straight up.
