We have propane cylinders and tanks ranging from 4.7 gallons (20lb) up to 256 gallons (1075 lbs) between our grill, motorhome, and upstate NY cottage. All have worked fine at -20 degF on occasion. In hindsight though, grilling steaks out on the deck at -20 was not a good choice. Besides nearly freezing my tucas off, the steaks were cold by the time I got them in the house and had to be reheated in the microwave. ;)
