How to removal rear camera cover on Newmar Dutch Star

I am trying to change out the rear backup camera on a 2003 Newmar Dutch Star. It has a cover over the camera that appears to be fastened by 4 screws. I removed the 4 screws and the assembly that covers the camera moves quite easily but yet it will not come off. I am not sure if I am just not pulling on it enough (don't want to break it!) or if there is a technique to removing it. Perhaps from the top and then pull from the bottom.... I've tried several things but I have not yet got it figured out. Just trying to get to the camera and can't figure out how to remove that fiberglass cover that encloses the thing. :h
