How to replace an awning strap for a Carefree awning.

Good Job, but a lot of work for replacing just a strap.

When ours needed replacing during a stay at Quartzsite. Friend was having new awning installed. The installed came over and drill the slot at an angle and a little larger on one end. Slid the old one out and the new one in. I was impressed.
