This is the lock I use and it's simple and works great. Made by the LAMP Company. It sounds like you might have a French Door setup with 2 doors and a drawer so it may or may not work for your setup (you would need 2).
The other thing used successfully is the spring loaded push latches like this....
http://www.amazon.com/RV-Designer-H316-Black-Latch/dp/B002XM592MThey can be installed in the gap between the top of the drawer and the frame in most cases (use 2) and one or 2 can be installed on each door to keep them closed while driving and still easy enough to open.
