HWH Hydraulic system problem - recommendations

Be sure the pump mount bolts are tight and you have a solid ground. Try running a jumper cable from the ground stud of the pump to a good ground point and see if that helps. With a weak ground, the pump motor can spin, but not build enough pressure to work the jacks.
It's a fairly common problem and will cost you nothing to give it a try.
