Well, I took the electric motor off the hydraulic pump and the end of the shaft was shaped like a flat blade screwdriver. The input shaft on the pump was an exact match. The electric motor would only bolt back in if properly aligned. So it looks like that part is fine. I also checked all the grounds and they are tight. I did try spinning the input shaft of the pump and it spun over easily. Don't know if that is normal or not. However, even with the electric motor spinning, no fluid comes out by the shuttle valve/U shaped tube. This would lead me to believe that the pump is bad. Any other tests or does this sound 100% like the problem?
Thanks again.
