HWH Hydraulic system problem - recommendations

Good morning, I have a 1997 Thor Residency MH I bought about a month ago and the hydraulic jacks and slide (2) do not work. The electric motor has been replaced and seems to work/spin over fine. ...

I guess I will try using a drill with an attachment to spin the pump forwards/backwards to see if this produces any pressure. If not, then I can assume it is the pump.
