Has anyone else experienced their jacks retracting after you finish autoleveling? We have HWH series 725 jacks and noticed this happen a couple times now on the rear jacks, awhile after leveling and putting out the slides. Would thnk it a solenoid if it were just one, but it is both. Tech at HWH said he had never heard of this happening. Going in for other service next week and hoping to have this looked into, if we can replicate the issue.Btw, this is on our motorhome and not on the Viewfinder in the sig pic.

A thought, do the jacks retract if you don't put out the slides? When do you turn off the engine during your set up? Is this coach new to you or have you had it a while and this just started happening? If the latter what else has changed?I am out of questions for now and I certainly have no answers.

Have you checked the fluid. Make sure it is full.It is possible that when extended the fluid tank has emptied and is pumping air.

By retracting do you mean all at once like you flipped the switch, or very slowly? If it's slow you may have a fluid leak or low fluid.

Thanks for the replies.Sounds similar to what happens with ours. It is a 2014 coach. We will make sure the fluid level is okay, but have not seen any sign of leakage.Our setup routine is to get into the site, turn off the ignition, put down the Hoss pads and then turn the key to accessory and press the autolevel button, which dumps the air from the bags before leveling.This last time we waited about five minutes before putting out the rear slides, and the jacks stayed down. When we did put out the rear slides, we thought we heard the jacks coming back up a few minutes later. We went out and looked and they were off the ground several inches.The weird thing is, we brought the slides back in, did the autolevel again and put the slides back out and the jacks have stayed down since then (5 days so far).
