Is hwy 1 from Morro Bay to Monterey O.K. for a 43ft m/h with toad?

Even with a 40 foot rig, driving north last year was very uncomfortable. You are within two feet of the rock wall on some turns. Not recommended for anything larger, and as noted it is not permitted under CA law.
