There is NO heat or overheat sensor on any HWH jacks system. The "click" you hear is probably some type of 12 volt circuit breaker that is indeed reacting to the hot temps in the engine area due to the hi amp draw of the HWH pump. Some OEM's will install a hi amp over 150amp circuit breakers on some RV's. You need to trace the battery cable from the HWH pump to its source and see if it is on a Circuit breaker. Engine on or off really makes no difference. Hitting the buttons too fast is also nonsense. Doug
I should have stated 75 amp or over. Some OEM's use a low 75 amp which is way too low for most hydraulic pump systems. Doug
