I-70 Moab area thru Denver

We are currently in AZ and will be heading north at end of March up to Moab and hopefully across I-70 from Grand Junction thru Denver. Concerned about what weather/snow might be like in early April thru that area. I figure it could be anything from nice to nasty. Any thoughts? Might just wimp out and take southern route across NM, TX, OK and KS....THANKS

    Could be 70 degrees, could be a white out snow storm. The mountains really produce some weird weather.

    I'd go for it, if things look bad, pull off for a day and tomorrow will bring something different. No cop is going to give you a hard time parking overnight to ride out a sudden snowstorm.
