People here in Texas will buy those, drive them to a far end of their property, and use them for either the above-mentioned hunting lease "cabins", or even storage sheds or places for processing the deer meat. If the motorhome is cheap enough, it might be easier to buy that than build a shed or buy a trailer to haul out there.
If it is under $1000, it might be a useful deal. Drive it to its final destination, put it on blocks, pull the engine, seats, etc... then clean and sell those parts for vintage vehicles, or just sell at a junkyard or for scrap. One might end up breaking even, or even making money.
