Can someone tell me what a Manabloc Water System is? I've not heard of it.

Manabloc valves can also become mineral-coated so that they will not operate. Have seen that on several RV's and boats with the system.
When it works, it is a great idea-- one can shutoff single fixtures, leaving the rest of the system operational.
