I jinxed myself. Now I have a water heater problem.

Yet another problem has presented itself. I hope I run out of problems soon... I have been hearing my water pump run randomly for about a half a second here and there. So I started searching for ...

For now it seems like further tightening of the drain plug has stopped the leak. However it's been so warm here lately that I can't be sure. It seems that it was more prone to leak when it was cold out.

In the mean time I'll enjoy the 60-70 degree temperatures. :)
