Similar instance when I bought my coach. Dealer was great, awesome deal, easy to work with. Only a few dealers sell ACEs so I went there. Initially service was great despite the 60 mi drive. Fast forward, 6 mos later and the entire service area was gutted and service manager gone. Their service went from OK to horrible. Luckily I found a Thor dealer right across the street from my office - how about that. They don't sell the ACE but certainly work on them as well as under Thor warranty. They are GREAT to deal with. Happy, helpful, quick, and reasonable. So now I just drive it to work and drop it off. I'll still go through the other guy for my next coach cuz he's cheap, but I'll stick with the guys across the street for service. That's the catch. A lot of dealerships will work on your coach but if you didn't buy it there you are last in line. Not with these guys. They don't care. Happy to have the work. I wish they had the units I want I would buy from them. Moral of the story, there are plenty of dealers. Find one that works for you not against you.
