Thanks for all the support, I may look into La Mesa to finish what Giant didnt do after summer. Its just really sad when the after purchase service is so bad. I feel for the service writer and even the techs, they are so overwhelmed. I do not feel bad doe the dealer management who knows full well thats going on in thier service departments. These guys have become more proficent in deflecting complaints than they have in actually fixing problems. I guess the thing that burns me most is the tire pressure issue. Its more then just wrinkled wall paper, its the safety of my family and fellow motorists. I have no problem adjusting and checking my own pressure but I just expect a DEALER to do the right thing without me having to question thier work...
