I think your expectations are a tad bit high. Also, have you reported the dealer to the Better Business Bureau? It might have more of an effect than telling us.
Finally, emails to "support@winebago.com" are pretty useless. At most you'll get a sympathetic tech support person.
Instead email (or better better yet use certified mail) each member of Winnebago's board of directors. It will take time to get the email addresses (or mail addresses) of the board, but it could be very effective if you keep your correspondence short and just the facts (not angry). I did this with Time Warner Cable a few years back and it worked wonders.
